Established by Craig Paulson in August of 2005, Altura Benefits focuses on employee benefits solutions, while also offering assistance with personal insurance and Medicare plans. Our purpose is to help make life easier for our clients by making the process of obtaining and delivering employee benefits more efficient and cost-effective through our unique combination of competitively priced plans, objectivity, tools, and personalized service— leading us to become the employee benefits broker of choice.

NABIP represents more than 100,000 licensed health insurance agents, brokers, general agents, consultants, and benefit professionals. NABIP members service health insurance needs of large and small employers, promoting access to affordable health insurance coverage.

Our founder, Craig Paulson, served as the past president of NABIP-UT Benefits Specialist, an NABIP state chapter. NABIP presented Craig with the “Presidential Citation Award” for his excellent standard of leadership while serving as NABIP-Utah’s president, along with granting him “Leading Producers Round Table” recognition for the past five consecutive years for his success in the health insurance industry.
